Ollie Cleaning Services Ltd should not be held responsible for not completing the job due to the lack of suitable cleaning equipment, water or electricity.
All fragile, highly breakable items, jewellery, art and antiques must be removed or secured on the day of the cleaning visit.
Ollie Cleaning Services Ltd holds Liability Insurance. There’s £250 excess on any claim. The customer accepts and understands that poor service, breakage or theft must be reported within 24 hours. Failure to do so will entitle customer to nothing.
In case of damage Ollie Cleaning Services Ltd will repair the item at its cost, if the item cannot be repaired we will credit customer with the item’s actual cash value.
In case of lost keys Ollie Cleaning services Ltd will replace lost keys but will not be responsible for changing the locks.
The customer is responsible for providing access to the property at the scheduled time. Failure to do so may incur in late fee charges.
The customer is responsible for congestion charge and parking fees.
Payments for private clients must be made by cash or a bank transfer before the job commence.
For End of Tenancy cleaning – customer must make the payment before the job commence by cash or a bank transfer.
For corporate clients for, all payments must be made within seven days of receiving the invoice unless otherwise agreed.
We may levy a surcharge of £5 a week for each week that the invoice remains overdue and unpaid.
All bank charges incurred due to a Client’s cheque being returned unpaid will be passed to a Client at a flat rate of £20 per cheque.
Ollie reserves the right to charge £30.00 administrative fee, plus any solicitors’ fees, in addition to the balance due, for any account we must refer for collection
Please give us at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or skip a cleaning visit.
Ollie Cleaning Services Ltd cannot accept responsibility for: shrinkage to carpets that are poorly fitted; damage to upholstery where clear cleaning instructions are not visible; third party entering or present at the customer’s premises during the cleaning process; wear or discolouring of fabric becoming more visible once dirt has been removed; failing to remove old/permanent stains that cannot be removed using standard carpet cleaning methods; existing damage or spillage that cannot be cleaned/removed completely using standard carpet cleaning equipment; accidental damages worth £250.00 or less; any accidental damages caused by our cleaners if the customer has an unpaid balance owed to Ollie Cleaning Services Ltd
