1. What services do you provide?
We provide one off cleaning, spring cleaning, regular cleaning, pre/after tenancy cleaning, after builders cleaning, after party cleaning, office cleaning, carpet and upholstery cleaning, patio cleaning, painting / redecorating.

2. What is your minimum per visit?

  • Minimum 4 hours cleaning

3. Are you insured?
We hold Liability Insurance for up to £1 million against accidental damage to your property. Please note there is an excess of £250 on all claims.

4. How do I pay?

5. Do I have to be home while you clean my house?
This is entirely up to you. Our cleaners are vetted and experienced so that you can leave them to clean alone in your house.

6. Do you guarantee your services?
We offer customer satisfaction guarantee. If the service we provided was not up to your expectations we will return and re-clean the areas with at no additional charge. All claims must be made within 24 hours.

8. What is your policy on key holding?
All keys are kept safely, with no addresses, contact numbers, alarm codes or other personal information attached to them.

9. What areas do you cover?
We cover whole London, Greater London and Essex.
